I have an Account in Federal Bank, Br. Kanjirappally. There was some deduction of amount for mobile alert before 5-6 months. Now for a long time I am not getting mobile alert regularly. Ponkunnam is my near by town. From the ATM near the Federal Bank branch, the minimum amount can withdraw is Rs. 500/-. These are making so much difficulties to me and others. So please do the needful. Thank you. Rajesh M. Pillai
